Store Policies How to order Online: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our online store is safe, easy, and convenient during the day or night. To purchase an item select the "Add to Basket" button found on each product page, or select the "Buy One Now" button. When you are ready to checkout, simply click on the "Checkout" button and follow the instructions provided. If you have any questions regarding your online order you can e-mail us at allthingsnatural1@yahoo.com or by calling 1-563-663-6017. By Phone: Our number is 1-563-663-6017. Simply call with your order. If a customer service representative picks up, he or she can take your order. If you are forwarded to the answering machine, leave your contact information and order. One of our representatives will then contact you for payment and shipping information. Payment Options We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, or PayPal web payment service. Shipping Information We ship to the continental US according to the following rate table:
Additional shipping charges apply to orders going to more than one address. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, one of the US Territories, or for international orders, please contact us at allthingsnatural1@yahoo.com for shipping costs and ordering instructions. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground from Iowa. If you would like us to ship express (overnight or 2-day), please contact us to arrange alternate shipping arrangements. Sales tax will apply to Iowa residents only. Gift Wrapping To give a personal touch, purchases may be gift wrapped with a note card for an additional $5.00 fee. Please e-mail us (or include with order if ordering over the phone) which items you would like gift wrapped and what you would like the note to say. Not all items are able to be gift-wrapped - we will contact you as soon as possible if it is not possible to wrap a requested item. Return Policy We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we accept returns with 15 days of receipt. We can return the cost of the item, but cannot refund original shipping costs. If shipping costs were included in the purchase price, actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. After 15 days but before 30 days after receipt, items can be returned for store credit. To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be unwashed, unused in the original packaging. Since we cater to the chemically injured, products that have been subject to invasive scents (fragrance, cigarette smoke, etc.) will not be eligible for return. Special orders are not eligible for return. If you had been given a product from All Things Natural as a gift, you can exchange that item for store credit subject to the eligibility requirements above. Prior to return/exchange of an item, you must contact us to receive a return of merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for refund or credit of any kind. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Note: when returning an item, it is best to use a delivery service with tracking. All Things Natural is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. This return policy does not apply to mattresses and furniture.
